The person who is posing for this picture is Ian Fleming. He is an English author and he was author of James Bond Spy thrillers. The director Terence Young's "From Russia with Love (1963)" was made based on his novel by the same name. Here he is sitting in front of a Turkish train, as a gag, during a visit to the set of the film "From Russia With Love" in Istanbul, Turkey. Fleming, a former World War II intelligence officer, created 007 as a sort of fantasy alter-ego.
